The Parasite

In a fresh remote town there was a couple Shaman and Samantha who had been married for seven years. They lived happily. Shaman was a thirty-year-old man. He had round-faced, with two black eyes and straight-black-haired. He also had well-built and good looking. He was one of the successful entrepreneurs in Santa towns. Meanwhile, Samantha was twenty-year-old woman. He had long-faced with brown-eyed, wavy-brown haired and slim body. She was also attractive and polite woman who was lucky married Shaman.

Unfortunately during their marriage they had no children. It made Samantha sad. One night Samantha prayed and asked to the god to give them a child and she promised that she would give the child happiness and love in return.
A few days later in a quite, dark, rainy midnight there was someone who knocking in a low rhythm. Samantha was awakened by the sound of knocking door and woke her husband up.

“Dear, do you hear the knocking?” said Samantha.
“Hoamh…. Umh…. Yeah who is knocking the door in rainy midnight, honey?” Shaman asked his beloved wife.

Therefore, Samantha went ahead and left her husband to the source of the sound.
When she reached the door the sound of knocking had been disappeared. She opened the door found no one in font of the door but a cane basket covered by a cloth. She took her liberty to open the cloth. She was surprised that under the cloth was a baby boy. The baby was sleeping safe and sound calmly, looked like he did not care about what happen in the cold, rainy midnight.

Then Samantha ran to her husband, “honey, looks!! What I have found in front of our house, a baby!! My wish is granted, we have to treat this baby, honey!” Shaman who saw his wife’s happy finding the baby boy granted her will to treat the baby. They gave the baby name Shamta.

Seventeen years later, the boy who was being treated by Shaman families had been grown up grows up into a good looking teenager, with blue-eyed, wavy-blonde haired, and had well built. Unfortunately, he was a naughty, spoiled, lazy person, ignorance person. It became worst when he met and joint the motorcycle gangster. Day by day Shamta was out of control. He always came late in midnight with drunken condition. He never listened to his parent event against his parents who tried to forbid him to go out with his motorcycle gangster.

One day Shamta was given drugs by the leader of motorcycle gangster as requirement for new member. Shamta used it and was addicted. He spent a lot of money to buy drugs; even he dared to steal his parent’s money. A month later Shamta’s gangster area was inspected by the police; fortunately he could escape from that inspection. A few days later, after the event in the gangster area, Shamta used drugs in his home and it was known by his mother who peeped into his room. His mother told it to his father directly and full of emotion. His father was getting angry and talked to him.

“I regretted that I had treated you and considered that you are my son. Now, you have proven to me that you are really not my son. Go out from my house!” said his father.
Shamta just kept silent and smiled without any regret on his face. He went toward the door but his mother held him.

“Shamta my son, I beg you do not leave us, your parents, who had treated you. We love you, we do not hate you. If you want to revise your behavior it will be normal. Come on dear.” Samantha begged her son.

Shamta gave a damn care about everything which had been said, he pushed his mother. His mother was almost fallen.
“Shamta! You are really wild; you had injured your mother!” his father yelled at Shamta.

Shaman slapped his son and Shamta replayed by pushed him to the wall. The effect was his father’s head was hit on the wall. Because of that accident his father got stroke. Two month later his father was dead. No one visited their house because of the neighbor hated Shamta’s behavior. After Shaman’s gone, his company was bankrupt. Since that time Shamta lived with his mother on the way they live. Shamta had no changed; he did not work to help his mother while his mother worked as a washing labor. He only asked the money to his mother and hanged out with his girlfriend.
Shamta had a close friend, his name was Attar. Both of them liked football very much. They joint into the same football’s club. In every competition Attar always success made goal. It made Shamta jealous. One day, in an opportunity Shamta played unfair. He kicked Attar’s kick. It made Attar injured and could not walk. Oddly, Shamta was happy saw his friend injured. When Attar came to football’s club, Attar met Shamta.

“Sham, please! Do not do that to other people. I have no problem if you injured me,” Attar said.
“What the hell!! You are no one for me. That is not your business, just leave me!” Shamta said.

Two days later, Attar was dead because of failing to amputate his foot which injuring. Even though Attar was dead, Shamta did not want to visit him for the last. His girlfriend begged him to visit Attar for the last time.
“Dear, please! You will not meet him anymore, even forever” She begged with her eyes full of tears.
Finally, Shamta visited Attar. “You are my best friend Attar. I am so sorry” Shaman said.

A year later, Shamta met Ola and had a special relationship with her. Ola was a lesbian. Oneday, Shaman was making love with Ola in a mall, right on a toilet. After that, Shamta left her.

In another time Shamta met Evi and falling in love with her. Evi was love Shamta very much so, she tried to find out everything about Shamta. Evi met Angga, he was known by Evi’s friend. Angga was Shamta’s cousin. He told Evi that Shamta was not good for her because he was playboy. Evi knew about Sita and Ola. Oneday in a fresh garden Evi and Shaman met and Evi asked Shaman to choose one of them. It was hard choice but finally, Shaman choose Evi. In another time when Evi and Shaman was watching movie in theater Ola called Shaman and asked him to response of his behavior that made her pregnant. Evi who was listening their conversation asked Shaman to be responsible of his behavior. Then Evi asked Shaman to choose Ola and left her. Shaman did not want but Evi Forced him. Finally Shaman Realized Evi and walked across the road without the aim, only walked and walked until the car hit him and the nightmare the end.

Today I would like to talk about “the Existence of Traditional Market”


Bekasi becomes one of the cities which have many traditional markets as economic income for the middle society because become a trader is simple. You should not study to become a trader so long as you understand to count loss and profit and have financial capital you can be a trader. The decrease of Job demand and the increase of costumers need are two of many reasons why many people prefer to be trader than works in factory.

Now traditional market is competed by modern market, as we can see how many people prefer to go to modern market than traditional market. Comfortable place and better facilities are the tools to interest people to come to modern market than go to traditional market which crowded, dirty and noisy. Even there is some modern market which is built near by traditional market.

A term to Control Social Human Being

“Nineteen Eighty-Four” is a simple, unique, and easy to remember title of the famous novel which is given by the author that is Eric Arthur Blair who is famous as George Orwell. It is the sensational novel which is published in England by the famous publisher that is Penguin Group. The “Nineteen Eighty Four” had been published Six times, and the first published is in 1945 while the fresh, new edition published is in 2008. It has thirty hundred and eleven (311) pages with cover which is dominated by black color, added by red-cream color and decorated by eye picture which give mysterious and curious impression to interest people reads this novel. The design of the cover’s novel is Shepard Fairey and the number of ISBN is 978-0-141-03614-4. It is a little bit expensive book for me because the cost is around Rp.153.000, 00 but in U.K. the cost is around 7.99 pound while in Canada the cost of this book is around $10.99.


George Orwell shows that there are two ways to control human being. The social manipulation and social control are the absolute ways in control social human being life by the party. It is showed by appearing Ideological State Apparatus and Repressive State Apparatus as represents of the social manipulation and social control itself.


Before discussing it, I am going to tell about how great this novel impressed me. The “Nineteen Eighty-Four” is the sequel one from “Animal Farm” which has the same author, from my analysis both of the novel have the similarity topic that represents the control of social human being. This is the interesting one that is from those novels I know about how the social manipulation and social control becomes the absolute power to control social human being and make me release that I am faked by the social manipulation and I am controlled by the social control and this novel opens my eyes to see what does really happen in my social and my environment.
Now I will explain it one by one, what are social manipulation and social control then how these aspects is represented in “Nineteen Eighty-Four”. The social manipulation is “a way to manipulate human behavior by using the fact that the human behavior is influenced by people living around him/her” (Andere Interactiviteiten, from the social Manipulation’s article). In “Nineteen Eighty-four” the social manipulation is showed by the four ministries that are; The Ministry of Peace; concern with war, The Ministry of Plenty; responsible for economic affairs, The Ministry of love; maintained law and order and the last is The Ministry of Truth; concern with news, entertainment, education and the fine arts. Those of department looks like usual department which manage the government are not? How can be said as the social manipulation? Do not judge the book from the cover and these are the reason why it is called the social manipulation. The first is The Ministry of Peace; in the Airstrip there are three wars which never end that are Eastasia, Eurasia and Oceania. Actually these three wars are creation which is accidentally made so that the societies really consider that the war is happen. Secondly, The Ministry of Plenty; this ministry malquoted chocolates rectify, it has ever announced on February that will not reduce the chocolate ration from thirty to twenty but the fact, the chocolate ration has been reduced to twenty gram but proudly The Ministry of Plenty said that they had success to make chocolate ration into twenty gram. Thirdly, The Ministry of Love; this ministry is the opposite of the names because it is a brainwash place for people’s mind who doubt, against, and refuse the principal and the leadership of Big Brother and party until finally accept and love to Big Brother and Party. Lastly, the Ministry of Truth; which is consists of Record Department and Fiction Department. Record department manipulated every story which had happen and Fiction Department was, every fiction have to report to Big Brother, if it is said to re-written so it will be re-written and must be suitable to Big Brother needed. The final result of those ministries is the society beliefs with the manipulation which looks like naturally is acceptance all of the fact which is given without know whether it is truth or lie because society only know that party is always right.


The next discussion is the social control that is “control as regulation” (Emile Durkhem) and a way to control social human being based on two basic forms of social controls that are “internalization of norms and values and the using of sanction” (Sociologist identify, Social Control’s article). According to those define the social control also happen and is used to control social human being in the novel. There are Thought Police which arrest whoever whose have thought crime and against Big Brother and party. Then there are the huge, square, wide telescreen and so many posters in every size which is stick across the road, in a house, even in office and there is “Big Brother is watching you” so every act and behaviors is watched. Another fact that is Newspeak Dictionary, the societies has to speak according to Newspeak dictionary for example to say “excellent”, “splendid” and unsatisfactory are “plusgood”, “doubleplusgood” and “doubleplusungood” in Newspeak. Then there are Victory gins, Victory cigarette, Victory coffee, is only Victory labels which is sold nothing else it represents monopoly trades which happen in fact. The next is party’s slogan that is; War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and Ignorance is Strength. It represents the Ideological State Apparatus that is “as method by which organizations propagate ideology” (Althusser) which is created by party to grow up a belief of party’s power and it controls every mind of societies to only thinks that party is always right. While Thought Police and “Big Brother is Watching You” represents Repressive State Apparatus that is “as the method by which compliance can be forced and includes the army, police etc” (Althusser). Those are fact which I found from Nineteen Eighty-Four as prove that the social manipulation and social control is really exist and is represented in this novel as a fact in reality.
Based on my interpretation about this book, I think Orwell wants to show that what he wrote in Nineteen Eighty-Four as the real facts which really happen in the world. Believe or not and realized or not that is the fact. Orwell describes certainly how the ruling class manages the assumption of the societies with all of ways. I remember that “Who control the past control the future, which control present control the past” (George Orwell, Nineteen Eighty-Four) and according to Benito Mussolini “Everything within the state, nothing outside state, nothing against the state”. It becomes the key word from the whole story that is to control human being life is created many kinds of way to make the societies trust forever to the party and ruling class.


Finally, I can conclude that actually every aspect of life is manipulated and controlled, so that the societies only trust to Big brother and party, they will obey and will not asking about the leadership of the party and Big Brother. Actually that is the original, natural real life which happens during in a long time ago.

I am going to talk about my favorite colors, those are black, Grey and yellow. But yellow is the most favorite color which i like. Why yellow? I will tell you the reasons.

Some of my friends connected yellow to sponge bob but actually it is not. Sponge bob may be yellow but it cannot be said the reason because sponge bob is my favorite cartoon even though he is yellow.


The first reason which make me falling in love with this color because of Coldplay's song, the title is "YELLOW", this band create Yellow's song with romantic lyric. So my first impression about this color is romantic.

Secondly, i connect yellow to season that is spring in April and full with sun. Because yellow is bright as sun and hot as spring so April is full with spirit and yellow is. So those are two reasons which make me love yellow very much.

Ya. Anak laki-laki tidak ingin terlihat bodoh tapi mereka tidak terlalu khawatir terhadap penampilan mereka. Anak perempuan lebih banyak khawatirnya. Mungkin ini adalah alas an kenapa anak perempuan menderita makanan yang tidak teratur, contohnya Anorexia.

Aku ngobrol hal yang sama pada keduanya, anak laki-laki dan perempuan. Walaubagaimanapun, aku mungkin bersikap sedikit hebat dengan anak perempuan.

Tidak juga, itu tergantung pada orang tua. Beberapa orang tua lebih khawatir dengan anak perempuan. Aku kira ini adil, apalagi selama masa pubertas. Bebereapa orang tua juga mencoba untuk mendorong anak perempuan mereka menjadi lebih feminim. Contohnya, anak perempuan tidak harus bersumpah tapi anak laki-laki bisa.

Aku gak yakin. Aku tau beberapa anak laki-laki yang sangat sensitif. Walaunagaimanapun secara umum anak laki-laki pemberani dan sedikit sensitif.

* Apakah anak perempuan lebih suka bergossip?

Ya, walaubagaimanapun, ada beberapa anak laki-laki di sekolah ku yang bergossip tiap waktu.

* Apa yang tidak kamu sukai tentang anak perempuan?

Mereka sangat tidak mungkin untuk di ajak berdebat. Mereka mengacuhkan mu ketika mereka tidak ingin mendengar! Beberapa perempuan juga sangat tak pemaaf, mereka tidak pernah lupa dengan perbedaan pendapat atau kesalahan. Hal lainnya aku tidak suka anak perempuan yang berharap anak laki-laki mendekati lebih dulu jika seorang anak laki-laki dan perempuan saling suka.
